Our contracts team ensure that all traders’ working with us fully compliant with the Home Office and REC best practice guidance.
This normally includes a checks on a trader’s background
• Proof of the right to work in the UK
• Verification of the essential qualifications
• Suitability of the trader to the project standards and requirements.
Procurement
Once targets have been set and decisions have been made, we then consider selecting plant & equipment and the contractor procurement process.
Construction
We take a hands-on approach to the supervision and overseeing of the works with regular attendance at technical meetings with contractors.
Handover & Close Out
We implement a ‘zero-defects’ policy and agree benchmark site installations and samples for quality to ensure the client gets the best possible project outcome.
